We aim to deliver high-quality products with transparent policies. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.


📦 Shipping Timeline

Orders are shipped within 5–7 business days (within India).


📌 Important Guidelines Before Ordering

  • All design, size, and fabric specifications are clearly mentioned on each product page.

  • Slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration and the CMYK ink process used in DTG printing.

  • If precise color matching is critical, we recommend ordering test swatches before bulk purchases.


❌ No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer refunds on orders once placed.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.


🔁 Exchange Policy (Store Credit Only)

We offer ONE-TIME EXCHANGE ONLY under specific conditions. Your product is eligible for exchange only if:

  • It was damaged during transit, or

  • You received the wrong item

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us via email (teamevenod@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share a compulsory unboxing video

  • Include clear images of the product and original packaging

Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis.


💳 Store Credit Details

If your exchange is approved:

  • You’ll receive a COUPON CODE equal to the product value (excluding shipping)

  • This code can be used at checkout to buy anything from our site

  • The code will not have an expiration date

We do not issue refunds — only store credit in the form of a coupon will be provided for valid cases.


🚫 Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • You ordered the wrong size by mistake (and the product matches your selection)

  • The item was purchased on sale or at a discount

  • The request was made after 24 hours of delivery

  • The unboxing video or supporting evidence is missing


🛑 Additional Notes

  • If the package is damaged during opening (e.g., cut by scissors), the product is not eligible for exchange

  • If the package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please mention it in delivery remarks to support your claim
